In 2004 we restructured our overseas division to concentrate our activities exclusively in the French Riviera. Since 2000, RBL has worked with Monsieur Daniel Molinier of IMPRE Immobilier based in Aix-En-Provence, near Marseilles. Together we had provided clients access to new build projects.
In 2005, RBL signed another partnership agreement with ALTITALIA Immobilier, a large Agency with offices in Milan, Monaco, Nice & Cannes. This has enabled the firm to provide a much wider choice of properties for our clients, especially the mature second hand property market with its investment opportunities and value for money.
In January 2005 the evolution of RBL Estates continued. With a highly skilled team, RBL launched a full auctioneering and estate agency service in Portlaoise serving the market of Co Laois & Kildare.
In 2006 RBL concluded agency agreements with six French banks to provide mortgage services to Irish property buyers. This is a unique opportunity for RBL IN FRANCE capable of arranging mortgages in France direct from our own offices in Ireland.
The company is owned and managed by Andrew Cremin BSc (Hons) property ASSOC SCSI RICS MIAVI, a qualified valuer surveyor since 2002 who holds an honours degree in property studies and is also an associate member of the society of chartered surveyors in Ireland, just recently merged with the Irish Auctioneers & Valuers Institute (IAVI).
Andrew is also a certified international property advisor (CIPS) and includes among his distinctions a dissertation study of the French Riviera property market in 2004. An excerpt from the study was published in the IAVI's quarterly magazine, “THE PROPERTY VALUER”, French Study 2.14mb.pdf
