Before the client makes any research trips to the Riviera, we will have at least two meetings and discussions to understand the client’s most important priority for the intended use and investment direction, establish the budgets and then shortlist matching properties in the best areas possible. RBL will also provide information guides regarding the Buying process, Buying costs and an assortment of Riviera guides.
Just as vital is the need to increase familiarity and understand of the areas in which a client may buy – especially if these areas are intended as a second home or final retirement destination. With this in mind, RBL will take clients through a myriad of local fact finding information sources for their own home based research.
In a sense RBL likens itself to a “Tour Guide”. Our philosophy is based on the idea that for a client to buy with the intention of a second home and to be happy in the long term with their decision, then the initial fact gathering must be comprehensive. We also like to show off the fact that we are Francophiles through & through and know the region so well.
RBL will also provide an initial fact gathering and analysis of a client’s finances to establish how much borrowings they will qualify for with French Banks provide repayments quotes
